Challenge: Learners needed a quick reference guide to use when helping clients find solutions for common causes of absences. It needed to be easily scannable so learners can quickly find information needed when speaking to clients.

Solution: I designed a 1-page job aid with the most common reasons why clients miss appointments and the possible solutions for each.

Results: A concise job aid that can be easily scanned for information when needed.
