Time in Development: 1 week

Challenge: Stakeholders needed an overview of the proposed training solution in order to provide feedback.

Solution: I outlined the context of the project, requirements, objectives, and a brief overview of each planned section of the course. 

Results: Stakeholders were able to review the document and sign off on the proposed course. The blueprint also allowed them to give feedback, ask questions, and provide clarification on the planned material.

Time in Development: 2 weeks

Challenge: Stakeholders needed an overview of the modules and interactions planned for the full course. This gave them an opportunity to provide feedback, suggest changes, and sign off on the content and visual design of the course.

Solution: I created a storyboard in Google Slides. Each slide shows the proposed layout of each scene or section along with:

• Images, icons, and other visual assets to be used

• Transitions and animations

• Planned narration, voiceover, and sound effects

• Navigation and interactivity

• Accessibility

Results: Stakeholders were able to see a visual layout of the planned course. When it came time to develop the course, I could reference the storyboard to ensure all planned elements were incorporated.
